A few words from the president of M.C.W.G
"Our vision
is to attain a free flowing, self-sustaining watershed. The riparian
areas and watercourse itself require water quality monitoring and erosion
control to be done. We have federal, provincial and municipal
assistance available. Show us the mechanisms to solve the problems
and how to use this data/information to repair the damage. The
responsibility to repair this damage is ours, yours and mine. We can
restore this watershed into a recreational area. This will allow for
family activities, summer and winter, hiking, cross-country skiing,
snow-mobile and ATV usage, bird-watching plus many other relaxing nature
related family experiences. We need your help, join us and make this your
vision to."
Sincerely,
John Hawley
MCWG President
